Referral Options:

Aneeka is able to provide services under Medicare for clients who have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDMP). Most clients are eligible to receive a MHCP however please see your GP to discuss. Your GP is welcome to send the referral letter directly to admin@aneekabottpsychology.com

 

Clients who are wishing to pay privately or use their Private Health Fund do not need a referral to see Aneeka.

Fees:

Clients who have a MHCP or EDMP will be able to receive a rebate of $137.05. Please contact the clinic directly for further information regarding fees.

 

Making an initial appointment:

To make an appointment with Aneeka please email admin@aneekabottpsychology.com or phone 0403 966 561.

 

Cancellation Policy:

For any appointment changes at least two days notice is required so that the appointment can be offered to someone else. Cancellations or appointment changes with less than 48 hours notice will incur a late fee of 50% of the appointment fee. Cancellations made on the same day or failure to attend an appointment will incur the full fee.

Please also note that Medicare rebates are not available for cancelled or missed appointments.
